End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Xenia Diaz for the use of the Bluetooth Remote application.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to this Agreement.

License

Xenia Diaz grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Bluetooth Remote on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to Apple's applicable terms and conditions.

Permitted Use

You may use the App to:

Discover compatible Bluetooth devices

Connect to supported Bluetooth devices

Save compatible devices

View recent devices and connection history

Use supported TV remote-control functions

Restrictions

You may not:

Copy or redistribute the App except as permitted by law

Modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code

Use the App to interfere with devices without authorization

Use the App for unlawful purposes

Circumvent any security or technical restrictions of the App

Compatibility

The App is dependent on Bluetooth technology and the capabilities of connected devices. Certain features may not work with all devices, TVs, or operating systems.

Updates

Xenia Diaz may provide updates, improvements, or changes to the App. Some updates may be necessary for continued functionality.

Termination

This license will terminate automatically if you violate the terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete it from your device.

Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Xenia Diaz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the App.

Apple

This Agreement is between you and Xenia Diaz, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, maintenance, support, or warranty obligations.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce this Agreement against you.
